Some of our customers have been reporting some strange things on our new "for sale" signs lately - an odd addition at the bottom of the sign that magically makes getting information about the home easier.  

The fact is - it isn't an accident - We have recently added some new technology to your arsenal of buying tools - this one is called Microsoft Tag.  A small bar code is on our new listing signs, and when you scan the tag with your camera-equipped smart-phone using the Microsoft Tag Reader (a free download from your mobile phone at gettag.mobi) your phone's browser will take you right to the complete information for the listing - including images.

As far as we can tell, we are the first in Calgary to implement the Microsoft Tag technology for real estate, and even if your phone isn't yet supported or you don't have a camera on your phone - you still can visit our website from your mobile phone to search and see home details, in a bandwidth-reduced, low calorie, fat free, trimmed version.  We didn't drop the taste though - all the information you see on your desktop is also available there.
